15 passengers suffered minor injuries during JetBlue flight landing in Sacramento

A JetbBlue flight which departed from Long Beach experienced trouble with its brakes and the tires caught fire. 15 passengers are being treated for minor injuries.
The Airbus A320 arrived at Sacramento around 1p.m. The tires caught on fire as soon as the they touched down on the tarmac. JetBlue issued a statement citing that the cause of the mishap was due to faulty brakes.
The JetBlue flight 262, was carrying 82 passengers and 5 crew members, who were evacuated via emergency doors through inflatable slides.
According to KCRA, passengers indicated that the rough landing resembled the experienced of being in a car when the brakes are slammed on.
There were no life-threatening injuries reported.
