Dina Lohan, mother of Lindsay Lohan, blames the judge on Today

Lindsay Lohan is now in rehab for the fourth time since 2007. Her mother, Dina, makes every attempt to convince Lauer that her daughter has been in rehab only 2 times.
Recently, Lindsay Lohan was pulled over for drunk driving while possessing cocaine in her pocket two weeks after getting out of Promises. Lauer was quick to point out that the rehab wasn't working for Lindsay. The mom, Dina, was quick to loose her temper.
Dina Lohan continued to add "She's been through a lot. The judge played hardball. Lindsay was in with alleged murderers and she's become friends with a lot of them. Lindsay rolled with the punches and she's doing wonderfully."
In July, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail and another 90 days in rehab for missing alcohol education classes imposed as part of her probation on the 2007 charges. Her prison sentence was reduced to 13 days due to overcrowding.
