MegaUpload Founder Enjoying a Lavish Lifestyle; Now Enjoying Prison

Kim Schmitz, legally changed his last name to Dotcom after making millions of dollars via MegaUpload, a file sharing website where anyone was able to upload files, videos, music and share with others. Authorities are claiming that Kim and his co-workers were intentionally sharing the copyrighted content in order to make money. The 38 year old self made millionaire, enjoyed his life and owned over a dozen luxury cars.

MegaUpload founder, Kim, was apprehended on his birthday by local authorities when he fled to his safe room while holding a loaded shotgun.
